Challenge:

A U.S. subsidiary of a European-based leader in audio and video surveillance technology was interested in expanding its presence in the U.S. governmental arena. The client’s revenue growth was stagnant in a growing industry because of the high cost of its leading-edge technology.

Solution:

DBS evaluated the client’s capabilities and technologies, identified both traditional and non-traditional competitors, identified potential uses for technology within the U.S. government, and analyzed customer requirements and market potential.
